| 超声内镜对食管癌术前分期诊断价值研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的研究超声内镜（EUS）检查对于食管癌术前 T、N 分期的价值。方法选取229例术前经 EUS 检查的食管癌患者，将 EUS 检查 T、N 分期与病理 T、N 分期进行对比。结果 EUS 对于食管癌 T、N 分期总准确率分别为59.83％（137/229）和60.26％（138/229）；对于 T1、T2、T3、T4期食管癌诊断准确率分别为21.88％（7/32）、39.22％（20/51）、78.57％（110/140）、0.00％（0/6）；对于 T3期肿瘤术前分期准确率明显高于其他病理分期。结论 EUS 对于食管癌 T、N 分期具有参考价值，但对于早期食管癌效果不满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)examination in diagnosing preoperative T and N staging of esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 229 esophageal cancer patients who received EUS examination before surgery in our hospi-tal were reviewed from Oct 2011 to Sept 2013,and the EUS T and N staging was compared with the pathological T and N staging. Results The total preoperative T staging accuracy rates by EUS examination were 59. 83%(137 / 229),and T1 21. 88%(7 / 32),T2 39. 22%(20 /51),T3 78. 57%(110 / 140),T4 0(0 / 6),respectively. The diagnosing accuracy of T3 staging was better than that of others. The N staging accuracy rates by EUS examination were 60. 26%(138 / 229). Conclusion EUS has unsatisfactory reference value in diagnosing preopera-tive T and N staging of esophageal cancer. |
