选择性入肝血流阻断在肝胆管结石行规则性肝切除术中的应用

目的探讨选择性入肝血流阻断在肝胆管结石病行规则性肝叶段切除术中的应用技巧。方法回顾性分析该科2004年12月～2007年6月诊治的117例肝胆管结石病例采用选择性入肝血流阻断的方法行规则性肝叶段切除的临床资料。结果117例肝胆管结石病例采用选择性入肝血流阻断的方法行规则性肝叶段切除的治疗效果良好,术中出血及术后并发症均明显减少。结论在治疗肝胆管结石病施行规则性肝叶段切除术中,选择恰当的选择性入肝血流阻断方法是提高肝胆管结石病的治疗效果、降低并发症发生率的有效措施。

Experience of regular segmental hepatectomy with selective hepatopetal blood occlusion treatment of hepatolithiasis

[Objective] To study the skills of regular sgmental hpatectomy with selective hpatopetal bood occlusion in teatment of hpatolithiasis.
