| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)与急性脑梗死(ACI)及其危险因素的关系。方法:选择72小时内发病的ACI患者120例及正常对照组84例,分别检测血浆ET-1、空腹血糖、血脂7项、血压,并采用欧洲卒中评分(ESS)对发病初ACI患者进行神经功能缺损程度评分。结果:ACI组血浆ET-1为(183.27±56.63)pg/ml,对照组为(156.47±34.24)pg/ml,两组有统计学差异(P0.05);在ACI组内,按是否有高血压、糖尿病、卒中史分组比较ET-1,均无统计学差异(P0.05);对ESS及血脂7项与ET-1进行偏相关分析,均无相关性(P0.05)。结论:ACI患者早期血浆ET-1增高,提示ET-1可能参与了缺血性脑血管病的发病机制,但其与脑血管病常见危险因素的关系尚不明确。
