| 摘 要： | 复合性溃疡是指十二指肠和胃同时发生溃疡或有活动性胃溃疡伴十二指肠球部畸形。1998年～2008年间，我院在9650例上消化道内镜检查中共栓出消化性溃疡1665例，其中复合性溃疡84例，占同期消化性溃疡病总数的5．37％，并对其演变特点对待了内镜随访。
