介入留管治疗宫颈癌并发症的预防和处理

[目的]探讨介入留管治疗中晚期宫颈癌的并发症及其防治。[方法]用Seldinger穿刺术对经病理证实的107例中晚期宫颈癌患者，共做了135次介入留管治疗，每人1—3次。一侧股动脉插管，两侧子宫动脉或髂内动脉前支灌注药物和栓塞的方法。[结果]除一般副反应外，有3例(2．2％)出现较为严重的并发症：药物性急性膀胱炎、小阴唇浅小溃疡、髂外动脉血栓形成各1例。经抗炎、导尿膀胱冲洗、创口清洁、抗凝溶栓治疗1—3周逐渐治愈，1例髂外动脉血栓溶栓效果不佳，但其侧支循环建立较完善，未造成较严重的后遗症。[结论]介入留管治疗后的并发症是可以防治的。

Prevention and Treatment of the Complication Caused by Interventional Therapy with Indwelling Catheter in Patients with Cervical Carcinoma

To investigate the cause,prevention and treatment of the complications caused by interventional therapy with indwelling catheter in patients with advanced cervical carcinoma.One hundred and thirty-five times of interventional therapy with indwelling catheter were performed for107pa-tients with cervical carcinoma by Seldinger technique.The much serious complications were hap-pened in three patients(2.2%),such as the acute cystitis,superficial ulcer in labium minus external iliac artery thrombosis.The patients recovered in1~3weeks with the treatment of bladder lavage,wound dressing and anticoaglant.[Conclusion]The complications caused by interventional therapy with indwelling catheter are preventable and curable.
