教育参与量表测量医务人员学习动机的适用性评价

目的探讨教育参与量表（EPS）修订版测量医务人员学习动机的适用性。方法从量表的内部一致性、集合效度、区分效度和因子结构4个方面对量表信度和效度进行分析。结果量表总的Cronbach’sα系数为0.89,6个维度的Cronbach’sα系数介于0.47～0.84之间;集合效度和区分效度试验,成功率均在75%以上;因子分析提取6个因子,各因子均有一定的解释能力,其结构与量表的理论设想基本吻合。结论 EPS量表修订版具有可接受的信度、集合效度和区分效度,可以用作评价医务人员参与继续教育学习动机的工具。

Feasibility of using the education participation scale in medical staff

Objective To explore the feasibility of using the EPS Scale in medical staff, the reliability and validity of the revised version of EPS were evaluated. Methods The reliability and validity of the revised version of EPS were assessed in four aspects： internal consistency, convergent validity,discriminating validity, factor structure. Results The overall Cronbach’s a coefficient was 0.89 and the value of a in 6 multiitem domains of EPS ranged from 0.47 to 0.84; The scaling success rates of convergent validity and discriminating validity were above 75% for all scales; six factors were extracted by principal components analysis, every factor was explainable. The sixfactor structure basically tallies with the theoretical construction. Conclusion The revised version of EPS Scale showed an acceptable reliability, convergent validity and discriminating validity in general, and it may be applied to assessing academic motivation of medical staff.
