螺旋藻对四氯化碳急性中毒小鼠肝组织保护作用的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨螺旋藻对四氯化碳(CCl4)染毒小鼠急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用CCl4建立小鼠急性化学性肝损伤模型,研究螺旋藻对损伤是否具有保护作用。结果:连续25d经口给实验组小鼠螺旋藻0.83、1.67、2.50g·kg1,可降低CCl4染毒小鼠的血清ALT和AST水平,减轻CCl4对肝组织的病理损伤。结论:螺旋藻对CCl4所致小鼠急性化学性肝损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: The aim of the experiment was to study the protective effect of spirulina platensis on the CCl4induced liver tissue injury of mice. Method: The protective effect of spirulina platensis on the liver tissue damage were studied by model of CCl4intoxication mice. Result: A decreased ALT and AST activity of serum in CCl4intoxicated mice after 0.83gkg1,1.67gkg1 and 2.50gkg1 of spirulina platensis had been given orally for 25 days and the damage on liver cell was alleviated. Conclusion: It is suggested that spirulina platensis posseses a protective effect on liver tissue of CCl4intoxicated mice.
