| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年人急性重症胆管炎（ACST）的手术进机。方法 对1991年6月－2000年6月收治的50例老年人ACST的临床特点及方法进行回顾性分析。结果 50例均接受手术治疗。治愈36例,死亡14例。结论 老年人ACST一般应尽早手术。对单纯型及肝内型ACST可延期手术,但应警惕病情加重恶化。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the operation occasion of ACST in old men.Methods 50 cases of ACST in old men admitted from June 1991 to June 2000 were retrospectively analysed mainly on clinical characteristics and therapies.Results 50 cases were all operated on 36 patients were cured and 14 patients died.Conclusion Old patients with ACST usually should be operated on as early as possible.Operation on patients with ACST of simple type and hepatotithiasis can be put off,but disease developing must be noticed. |
