| 摘 要： | 目的了解农村成年女性代谢综合征的患病情况，为进一步的干预措施提供基础数据。方法在河南省选择两个农村自然村，以村（组）为单位，随机抽取18岁及以上的女性居民，采用问卷调查、体格测量和生化检测的方法调查代谢综合征的患病率。结果代谢综合征的粗患病率为15．30％，标化患病率为10．77％。代谢综合征的患病率随着年龄的增高有增高的趋势。研究对象初中以下文化程度的患病率高于初中以上。结论成年女性代谢综合征的患病率在农村地区已趋于严重，应及早采取干预措施，加强代谢综合征的宣传教育，做好有效的预防。 |
