| 摘 要： | 目的筛选何首乌降脂有效部位的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法，以出膏率和二苯乙烯苷含量作为评价指标来优选提取工艺中的溶剂用量、提取次数、提取时间等因素。结果优化的提取工艺为提取3次，每次加10倍量水，每次提取1．5h。结论确定的提取工艺合理、具有可行性。

| Abstract: | Aim To screen the optimal extraction technique of reducing blood lipids effective components from radix polygoni multiflori.Methods Orthogonal test was employed for screening the optimum extraction technique by the indexes of the contents of tetrahydroxystilbene and total solid matters.Results The optimal extraction technique for radix polygoni multiflori.is as follows-t 10-fold water volume is used,extraction being 3 times and 1.5 h per time.Conclusion The extraction technique is reasonable and practicable... |
