血浆胱抑素C、同型半胱氨酸、D-二聚体及超敏C反应蛋白检测在急性脑梗死诊治中的临床应用

摘    要:
目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血浆胱抑素C(Cys C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、D-二聚体、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的浓度变化及其临床意义。方法选择50例ACI患者作为ACI组,46例健康体检者作为对照组。采用日立7100全自动生化分析仪及SYSMEX CA-510全自动凝血分析仪检测Cys C、Hcy、hs-CRP、D-二聚体浓度。结果 ACI组患者血浆Cys C、Hcy、hs-CRP、D-二聚体浓度均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。大面积梗死组患者血浆Cys C、Hcy、hs-CRP、D-二聚体浓度明显高于中等面积及小面积梗死组(P〈0.05)。结论血浆Cys C、Hcy、hs-CRP、D-二聚体浓度与ACI的发生、发展密切相关。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma cystatin C(Cys C),homocysteine(Hcy),D-dimer,and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) concentration of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and their clinical significance.Methods 50 patients with ACI served as ACI group and 46 healthy people as control group.Hitachi 7100 automatic biochemical analyzer and SYSMEX CA-510 automatic coagulation analyzer were adopted to detect Cys C,Hcy,hs-CRP,D-dimer concentration.Results The concentration of Cys C,Hcy,hs-CRP,D-dimer of patients in ACI group were all markedly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05).The concentration of Cys C,Hcy,hs-CRP,D-dimer of patients with large area of infarction were obviously higher than those with medium and small area of infarction(P〈0.05).Conclusion Plasma Cys C,Hcy,hs-CRP,D-dimer concentration are closely re- lated to ACI occurrence and development.
