Abstract: | SYNOPSIS Electroencephalographic and evoked potential studies were done during the ictal phase of migraine in a 22-year-old woman with basilar artery migraine. Prominent posterior slowing was seen in the EEG pattern during the symptomatic period. Clinical improvement coincided with the reversal of abnormality in the EEG tracing. The findings from the multimodality evoked potentials were within normal limits. |
