| 摘 要： | 以癌胚抗原（CEA）及角化蛋白20（CK20）为标志物,应用巢式逆转录聚合酶链反应（Nested,RT-PCR)检测50例胃癌患者术前,后外周静脉血微转移,并探讨其与肿瘤生物学因素。手术操作的关系。结果表明,胃癌患者术前外周静脉血业已存在微转移,可促进微转移的发生;检测胃癌术前,后外周静脉血微转移不仅能评估胃癌侵袭转移状态,而且对治疗措施的选择有一定指导意义。

| Abstract: | Using the reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction 50 patients with gastric cancer wered detected the pre and post peripheral venous cancer cells with CEA and CK20 as the markers, and analysed the relationship between the biologic behaviors and operative manipulation.The results were that the peripheral venous circulating cancer cells had already existed preoperatively, and the operation can promote the cancer cells into the blood circulation. Examination of circulating micrometastases in gastric cancer can help evaluate the intensity of invasion and metastases,and select the treatment choices. |
