小儿急腹症的临床探讨

目的：总结小儿急腹症的临床诊断和外科治疗。方法：回顾性分析我院1990——2001年收治的96例小儿急腹症病例，在检查、诊断及本组各类疾病的治疗方法之特点。结果：本组病例行阑尾切除术48例，嵌顿疝高位结扎8例，肠套叠复位加固定术3例，肠切除吻合术3例，脾修补和脾部分切除术2例，胰腺囊肿外引流术1例，其余给予保守治疗，均治愈出院，仅6例阑尾炎术后切口感染，1例合并腹壁坏死性筋膜炎，无手术死亡。结论：小儿急腹症在检查、诊断及各类疾病的治疗方面均有着与成人不同的特点，注意掌握手术时机。

Study of surgical treatment of 96 cases of acute abdomen in children.

Objective: To study the clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment of acute abdomen in children. Methods: The characteristics of examination , diagnosis and treatment of various kinds in 96 cases with acute abdomen of children in our hospital from 1990 year to 2001 year were retrospectively analysed. Results: Among the cases, 48 cases of appendectomy were performed, 8 cases of incarcerated hernia were ligated above high level, 3 cases of intussusception were reduced and immobilized, 3 cases of enterectomy and anastomsis were treated, 2 cases of splenorrhaphy and partial excision were treated, 1 case of drainage of pancreatic cyst was taken; others were conservative treatment; all of cases were cured; 6 cases complicated postoperative wound infection and 1 case necrotic fasciitis of abdomal wall; no case was death among operation. Conclusion: In the examination, diagnosis and treatment of various dieases, the acute abdomen of children shows various characteristics out of that of the adults;the operative opportunity must be grasped.
