| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨五叶草莓65%醇提液对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法:将40只SPF昆明小鼠制成S180实体瘤模型,分为模型组、CTX组、五叶草莓65%醇提液高剂量组、五叶草莓65%醇提液低剂量组,给药14天,第15天处死小鼠,剥离瘤体,计算抑瘤率;剖取脾脏和胸腺,计算脾脏指数和胸腺指数,分离血清,用放射免疫法检测血清中IL-2、TNF-a的含量。结论:实验结果表明,五叶草莓65%醇提液具备抑瘤作用,而且能增加S180荷瘤小鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α的含量,促进S180荷瘤小鼠免疫器官胸腺、脾脏的生长,从而改善s180荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能。
