保留乳房治疗早期乳腺癌的临床体会

目的探讨保留乳房治疗乳腺癌的可行性。方法回顾性分析2004年5月—2010年9月我院收治的25例行保乳手术治疗早期（Ⅰ、Ⅱ期）乳腺癌患者的临床资料，对肿瘤采取局部扩大切除并进行腋窝淋巴结清扫，术后辅以放疗、化疗或内分泌治疗。结果所有患者随访12个月-72个月，无局部复发及远处转移，按照乳房美容评定标准进行评价，符合优良标准24例（96％），符合差标准1例（4％）。结论保留乳房治疗临床早期（Ⅰ、Ⅱ期）乳腺癌可作为同期乳腺癌根治性手术的替代手术。

Conserving breast therapy for early stage breast carcinoma

Objective To explore the feasibility of conserving breast therapy for early stage breast carcinoma.Methods 25 female patients with breast cancer were underwent breast conserving therapy from February 2003 to October 2010,their data were analyzed retrospectively.The breast conserving therapy consists of lumpectomy removal of the breast,postoperative radiotherapy,chemotherapy and endocrine therapy.All of them were underwent axillary lymph node dissection.Results 25 patients were followed up 12 to 72 months,The local recurrence rate and metastasis rate were 0%.Breasts were scored cosmetically as excellent and good in 24 patients,the rate of satisfactory was 96%.Conclusion The breast conserving therapy was reasonable alternative to radical mastectomy for patient with early stage(stage I,II) breast carcinoma.
