摘    要:目的探讨三维彩色多普勒超声在产前检查中诊断胎儿畸形的价值,提高诊断的准确性。方法对我院2010年4月-2011年3月孕22周-28周胎儿1331例采用二维彩色多普勒超声检查,有异议者均采用GEV-730 expert三维彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检查,存储图像信息进行三维重建,并与产后或引产后结果相比较。结果本组诊断畸形胎儿16例,均经引产或分娩后证实。结论实时动态三维彩色多普勒超声形象直观,可多切面、全方位显示畸形结构和病变部位,提供具有重要价值的胎儿畸形诊断依据。三维彩色多普勒超声对胎儿畸形筛查诊断敏感性及准确性高,具有重要的实用价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of three-dimensional color ultrasonography(3DCU)in the prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation and improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods 1 331 cases in prenatal diagnosis between 22 and 28 weeks’gestation from Apr 2010 to Mar 2011 received two-dimensional color ultrasonography,all dissidence were performed by using 3DCU(GE Volosun 730 expert)and 16 cases with anomalies were confirmed.Stored the image information for 3D reconstruction,and compared with results after postnatal or induction.Results Real-time dynamic three-dimensional color ultrasonography is echoism and direct-viewing,which can show deformed structures and lesions from much multi-tangent plane and all-round,provide more significant value in the diagnosis of fetal malformation.Conclusion Three-dimensional color ultrasonography may be used as a sensitivity and accurate tool to screening diagnostic for fetal malformations,which has important practical value.
