| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代，知识管理和竞争情报是提高企业竞争力的两大利器。本文运用整合的思路，把两者结合起来，从而构建出提升企业核心竞争力的新的知识体系，最大程度地促进企业竞争优势的形成和保持，引导企业不断强化对知识资源的开发和利用意识，在企业知识管理与竞争情报整合基础上不断增强企业的应变能力和创新能力。 |
