异丙酚静脉麻醉用于人工流产的临床效果

目的评价异丙酚静脉麻醉下人工流产的效果。方法将妊娠1个月-3个月自愿行全麻人工流产者400例作为治疗组，另外400例自愿行无麻醉人工流产者作为对照组。治疗组采用首次给药异丙酚至深镇静，1．5min-2min后再次追加50％诱导量，观察诱导过程心率（HR）、血压（BP）、脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO2）变化。结果治疗组术中平均动脉压（MAP）下降大于20％的患者占12％，对照组为38．5％；治疗组HR减慢超过20％占7．5％，对照组为34％；治疗组恶心、呕吐率分别为2．25％和2．0％，对照组为23．8％和6．0％，均有非常显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论异丙酚能够满足人工流产术需要，异丙酚静脉麻醉用于人工流产可以明显减低副作用，患者满意率高。

Clinical effects of Propofol anesthesia on abortion

Objective To evaluate anesthesia effect of propofol on abortion.Methods Pregnant women with 1～3 months,400 cases of voluntary abortion anesthesia for the treatment of those groups,400 cases of voluntary abortion without anesthesia as control group.The treatment group was the first administration of deep sedation,1.5 to 2 minutes after the re-induction of an additional amount of 50%.Observed induction HR,BP,SpO2 changes.Results Surgery in the treatment group MAP decreased more than 20% of the patients was 12% in the control group,38.5%;HR by treatment group slower than 20% to 7.5% in the control group was 34%;response rates of nausea and vomiting were 2.25% and 2.0% in the control group was 23.8% and 6.0%,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Propofol could meet the need of induced abortion.Propofol anesthesia for induced abortion significantly reduced side effects,patient satisfaction rate improved.
