在临床实施护理技术操作考核的做法与体会

为了使护理技术操作考核更贴近临床护理工作实际,2006年1月以来将护理技术操作考核改在临床患者身上进行。具体方法 是各科室根据专科特点申报考核项目,拟定操作程序及考核标准,结合健康教育实施月考核,年统考,考核结果 纳入年终评优考核。结果 ：改革护理技术操作考核后2007年各项护理指标同实施考核前的2005年相比有明显提高,护理技术操作合格率由97%上升为99%,健康教育知晓率由98%上升为99%,2007年3月玉溪市统计局、国家统计局玉溪市调查队对我院的调查显示,公众对护理技术好的评价占99%,对护理工作的满意率为98%。通过实践笔者认为：结合临床考核相应的专科操作,对培养专科护士大有好处,有利于加强护士的整体护理意识,对培养护士的科学思维能力、人际沟通能力、应变能力、创新能力、实战能力、严谨的工作作风有很大的促进。

Practice in Clinical Check-up of Technical Nursing Skills and Experience

Nursing skills check-up changed to be conducted with clinical patients from January 2006 to make the check-up more gearing to clinical nursing. Check-up contents and standards and operating procedures were formulated by each department according to each own＇s specialized features. The check-up was conducted on a monthly and annual basis and the result was included in annual overall assessment. The various indexes appraised in 2007 saw a distinct improvement on those in 2005： the acceptance rate increased from 97% to 99%, and health education knowledge rate grew from 98% to 99%. The survey of our hospital jointly by Yuxi Municipal Statistical Bureau and National Municipal Statistical Bureau, Yuxi Detachment, demonstrated that good public opinion of our hospital reached 99% and nursing satisfaction rate, 98%. The authors hold that clinically-based nursing check-up is beneficial to cultivation of integrated nursing awareness and scrupulous work style, and improvement of nurses＇ thinking, social, creative and real work abilities.
