| 摘 要： | 原发性皮肤B细胞淋巴瘤(primary cutaneous B-cell lymphoma，PCBCL)是一组起源于皮肤并常常只局限于皮肤的独立疾病。由于PCBCL预后好，可采用保守治疗方案。本文综述了近年PCBCL的主要治疗方式。包括放疗、联合化疗、免疫治疗，以及这几种方式的联合应用。 |

| Abstract: | Primary cutaneous B-cell lymphoma (PCBCL)arises from the skin and always localizes on the skin. Because of good prognosis the therapeutic program of PCBCL is conservative. The fundamental management in recent years such as radiotherapy,polychemotherapy,immunotherapy and combination of these treatments is elaborated. |
