| 摘 要： | 目的:调查分析直径≤5cm卵巢肿块的病理组织学类型。方法:回顾分析经手术剔除且经常规病理组织学检查确诊的直径≤5cm卵巢肿块的临床资料。结果:卵巢肿瘤323例(50.71%),其中,良性肿瘤297例(46.62%),恶性肿瘤23例(3.61%),交界性肿瘤3例(0.47%)。瘤样病变314例(49.29%)。结论:直径≤5cm卵巢肿块中卵巢肿瘤和卵巢瘤样病变占绝大多数,卵巢瘤样病变中黄体囊肿、黄素囊肿、滤泡囊肿、卵巢冠囊肿、卵泡囊肿和包涵囊肿等占44.27%,可不必处理,但临床上应予以重视。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the histopathologic types of the ovarian masses with less than 5cm in diameter.Methods:The ovarian masses ≤5cm were resected and identified by histopathologic diagnosis.All the masses were analyzed by retrospective review.Results:323 ovarian tumors(50.71%) and 314 ovarian tumor-like lesions(49.29%) were found.Among these cases,there were 297 benign ovarian tumors(46.62%),23 malignant ovarian tumors(3.61%),3 borderline tumors(0.47%).Conclusion:Among all the ovarian masses with less than 5cm in diameter,most of them are ovarian tumors and ovarian tumor-like lesions.These ovarian tumor like conditions,for example,follicular cyst,lutein cyst,ovarian luteinizing cysts,follicle cyst,paraovarian cyst and inclusion cysts of the ovary(44.27%)should not be intervened.However they should be paid more attention to follow up. |
