| 摘 要： | 应用SDS—PAGE技术对青葙子及混淆品苋菜子、鸡冠花种子的蛋白质进行了对比分析研究，结果表明，它们蛋白质的SDS—PAGE图谱存在明显差异，并由此确定了各样品特征蛋白质的分子量，此值可作为鉴别青葙子及混淆品的定量参考数据。

| Abstract: | The comparative study of proteins in Semen Celosia argentea and Semen Celosia Cristata and Semen Amaranthus retroflexus were carried out with the method of SDS-PAGE. As a result,there are significant differences among their protein spectra of SDS-PAGE. On the basis of the study the molecular weight of characterastic proteins of several samples were determined. These data could be regarded as a quantitative reference for identification of Semen Celosiae argentea and some confused products. |
