| 摘 要： | 巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)是一种重要的前炎性因子,其主要作用为抑制巨噬细胞游走移动,促进巨噬细胞和T淋巴细胞在炎性反应局部浸润、聚集、增生、活化,增强其黏附、吞噬作用,还能促进多种细胞因子的生成。目前研究表明,MIF在银屑病的发病中起了很重要的免疫学作用。本文对目前国内外关于MIF在银屑病中的研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Macrophage migration inhibitory factors（MIF） are important pro-inflammatory cytokines,whose main roles are to inhibit macrophage migration movement,promote macrophages and T lymphocytes in the inflammatory response in local infiltration、accumulation、proliferation、activation,enhance its adhesion,phagocytosis functions,and promote the secretion of variety cytokines.Recent studies revealed that MIF played an important immunological role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. |
