中药发酵炮制的本草考证及作用机理探讨

摘    要:发酵是中药炮制的常用方法,对经发酵炮制而成的神曲、红曲、淡豆豉等中药进行了本草考证,论述了其名称由来、制作方法、功效等。探讨了发酵炮制中药的作用机理和影响发酵炮制质量的因素,并展望了中药发酵炮制的发展趋势。

Abstract:Fermentation was one common method in the process of refining traditional Chinese medicine.The author carried on herbalogical textual research of traditional Chinese medicine which were processed by fermentation,such as Shenqu,Hongqu,Dandouchi and so on.Moreover,the origin of name,the methods of production,the effectiveness were discussed respectively in herbalogical textual research.The mechanism and the effect factors of traditional Chinese medicine by fermentation were disscussed in this paper.The develo...
