益气润肺祛风法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘气阴两虚证的临床研究

目的 观察以益气润肺祛风法组成的方药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘气阴两虚证的临床疗效.方法 将60例患儿随机分为2组,各30例.治疗组予益气润肺祛风法组成的方药治疗,对照组予盐酸丙卡特罗片,早、晚各1次,喘甚者临时使用雾化吸入短效激素及短效β2受体激动剂等.1个疗程结束后统计2组的疗效,并观察治疗前后患儿临床症状以及其他相关因素与临床疗效的关系.结果 治疗组总有效率86.7％,对照组总有效率56.6％,经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P＜0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组.结论 在减轻症状、缩短病程、减少发病次数方面,益气润肺祛风法组成的方药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效更为显著.

Clinical study of nourishing qi and moistening lung and dispelling wind method in treating pediatric cough variant asthma with qi and yin deficiency syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nourishing qi, moistening lung and dispelling wind method in treating pediatric cough variant asthma with qi and yin deficiency syndrome. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, each 30 cases. Treatment group got treated with nourishing qi, moistening lung and dispelling wind method, control group got treated with procaterol hydroehloride tablets in the morning and eve- ning. Short-acting 2-receptor agonists can be nebulized for haling by serious panting children. After a course of treatment, compare the efficacy between 2 groups and observe the clinical symptoms in children before and after treatment, as well as other related factors and the relationship with clinical efficacy. Results The total efficiency in the treatment group was 86.67%, the total efficiency in control group was 56.67%, and the difference had sta- tistical significance （P〈0.05）. The treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion Nourishing qi, moistening lung and dispelling wind method can get obvious effect in treating cough variant asthma in alleviating symptoms, shortening the course of the disease, reducing the incidence.
