| 摘 要： | 目的 观察自拟止泻方治疗小儿腹泻的疗效.方法 选择经西医诊断并治疗后的腹泻患儿60例,辨证使用自拟腹泻方治疗,7d后观察疗效.结果 痊愈50例,好转9例,无效1例,总有效率98.3％.结论 自拟止泻方治疗小儿腹泻临床疗效满意.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of self-made antidiarrheal decoction in treating pediatric diarrhea in children. Methods 60 cases of pediatric diarrhea after western medicine diagnosis and treatment were selected for the application of self-made antidiarrheal decoction treatment. 7 days after, curative effect observation were made. Results 50 cases were cured, 9 cases improved, 1 case ineffective, the total efficiency was 98.3%. Conclusion The clinical effect of self-made antidiarrheal decoction in treatment of infantile diarrhea is satisfacto |
