| 摘 要： | 目的：了解血塞通注射剂不良反应（ADR）的发生情况及相关因素，为临床用药提供参考，方法：检索中国医院知识仓库CHKD期刊全文库2002～2007年收我的期刊杂志，对其中44例与血塞通注射剂不良反应有关的文献报道，进行分类、统计及分析结果：在所有44倒不良反应中，最主要的不良反应为过敏，共26例，占59．09％，结论：提倡在合理使用中药注射剂的同时，加强用药监测，避免ADR的发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To study the status and correlation factors of adverse drug reactions （ADRs） induced by Xuesaitong injection for reference of clinical rational administration. METHODS： 44 Xuesaitong injection-induced ADR case reports retrieved from journals indexed in CHKD from Jan. 2002 to Dec. 2007 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Most （26/44, 59.089% ） of the 44 ADR cases manifested asallergies. CONCLUSION： It is advisable to use traditional Chinese medicine injections rationally meanwhile strengthening medication monitoring to avoid occurrence of ADR. |
