| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨头颈部肿瘤侵犯颈动脉的外科治疗术式。方法：对9例肿瘤累及颈动脉病人，在经术前严格颈动脉压迫训练和检查后切除受累的颈动脉，进行临床观察。结果：9例病人术后除一例短时间出现脑缺血症状外，余无明显脑缺血等并发症发生。结论：选择性切除受累的动脉及肿瘤是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | To study the surgical treatment of head neck tumors encroaching on carotid artery. Method: 9 patients with head and neck tumors encroaching on carotid artery received examination and press train before the surgical operation, and then the tumors and encroached carotid artery were resected. The patients postoperative conditions were observed. Result: Except of one patient with short time cerebral ischemia, there were not any obvious cerebral ischemia and other complication occuring in others. Conclusion: It is safe the elective resection of encroached carotid artery and head - neck tumors. |
