| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术治疗女性尿道综合征的方法并评价其疗效。方法在仔细研究本病病理的基础上,切除病变组织,重建尿道,纠正尿道口位置。结果本组452例中,248例采用手术治疗,痊愈198例,占79.8%。结论采用尿道口重建术治疗女性尿道综合征,是一种积极有效的方法,明显优于药物保守治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the operation method for female urethral syndrome and evaluate the curative effect. Methods After probe deeply into the pathological changes of the female urethral syndrome, resect the pathological tissues, and reconstruct the urethral orifice. Results Among 452 cases, 248 cases had undergone the operation of reconstruction of female urethral orifice. 198 cases were successful amount to 79.8%. Conclusion By means of the operation method of urethal reconstruction to treat the female urethral sydrome is a vigorous method. It more effective than pharmaceutical conventional treatment. |
