脑梗死患者幽门螺杆菌感染状况及其与血脂代谢的关系

目的:观察脑梗死患者幽门螺杆菌感染状况,并探讨其与血脂代谢的关系。方法:检测梗死组77例动脉粥样硬化性血栓性脑梗死患者血清Hp抗体、TG、CHO、LDL、HDL、ApoA、ApoB及HCRP水平,检测对照组34例健康人血清Hp抗体;比较梗死组与对照组Hp感染状况及梗死组IgM(+)亚组与IgM(-)亚组血脂水平。结果:梗死组患者Hp现症感染率及既往感染率均高于对照组(P0.05);梗死组IgM(+)亚组的血清TG、CHO、LDL及ApoB水平均高于IgM(-)亚组(P0.05),HDL水平低于IgM(-)亚组(P0.05),ApoA水平差异无统计学意义。结论:Hp感染可能通过影响机体脂质代谢,促进动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成和发展,增加脑梗死发生率。
