| 摘 要： | ①目的探讨乳腺癌中CerbB-2基因蛋白及雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）的表达及其预后相关性。②方法收集180例乳腺癌石蜡标本，应用免疫组化“二步法”检测CerbB-2、ER、PR在上述病变中的表达。③结果ER阳性63例，PR阳性81例，CerbB-2阳性108例，ER、PR、CerbB-2表达与乳腺癌患者年龄、肿块大小、肿块部位、淋巴结转移情况、月经状态有一定相关性。ER、PR表达与CerbB-2表达呈负相关，ER、PR表达呈显著正相关。④结论ER、PR及CerbB-2的表达与临床各因素有一定相关性，可作为独立的预后因素指导乳腺癌的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions of C-erbB-2,estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in breast cancer and the correlation with prognosis.Methods The samples of 180 breast cancer were collected,then the expression of CerbB-2,ER and PR were detected with 2 step method.Results The positive expression of C-erbB-2,ER and PR were 108,63 and 81 respectively,and which were correlated with patient age,lump size and site,lymphatic metastasis and catamenia situation.The expression of ER and PR was ... |
