腺性膀胱炎临床研究报告

目的：探讨腺性膀胱炎的诊断和治疗方法及效果。方法：对17例腺性膀胱炎患者行抗感染，经尿道电切电灼、膀胱内灌注药物，部分或全膀胱切除等治疗。结果：随访13例经尿道电切电灼加药灌注者，平均随访时间46个月，9例一次治愈，1例经4次电切后，行膀胱全切术。结论：膀胱镜检查结合组织活检是诊断腺性膀胱炎的主要手段；经尿道电切电灼加膀胱内化疗是主要的治疗方法。

Cystitis Glandularis (Report of 17 Cases)

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic and treatment procedures for cystitis glandularis.Methods:17 cases of cystitis glandularis diagnosed were treated with anti-infection therapy,transurethral resection,bladder instillation of drug and part-cystectomy or total cystectomy.Results:13 cases treated by transurethal resection have been followed up with a mean of 46 months.9 cases are cured;1 case was repcatedly treated by TUR for 4 times,but recurred and total cystectomy was finished.Conclusions:Cystoscope examination with pathologic studies was important methods for cystitis glandularis,transurethal resection combined with bladder instillation of drug are the most effective than other means.
