| 摘 要： | 目的观察乌司他丁治疗多器官功能障碍综合征的临床疗效。方法82例多器官功能障碍综合征患者随机分为两组,对照组40例,采用常规治疗;治疗组42例,在常规治疗的基础上加用静脉注射乌司他丁。观察两组治疗前后血清肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6的水平。结果治疗组血清肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6下降均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组住ICU的时间也比对照组明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论乌司他丁治疗多器官功能障碍综合征疗效较好,可用于多器官功能障碍综合征的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of ulinastatin(UTI) in treating multiorgan dysfunction syndromes(MODS).Methods Eighty-two patients with MODS were randomly divided into two groups.Forty cases in the control group were treated with normal medicine.Forty-two cases in UTI group were treated with normal therapy in combination with UTI through intravenous injection.Two groups were compared on the levels of serum tumor necrosis-a(TNF-a),interleukins-1(IL-1) and IL-6 before and after the treatment.Results The levels of TNF-a,IL-1 and IL-6 in UTI group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,there was obvious difference between two groups in the total time in ICU(P<0.01).Conclusion UTI are effective on MDS patients,and can be used in the treatment of MODS. |
