| 摘 要： | 偏头痛是最常见的头痛类型，也是世界范围内发病率极高的病种之一。流行病学研究表明，偏头痛好发于25～55岁年龄段，在我国偏头痛的发病率为4．2％～14．6％，男女比例为1：4。“太阳透率谷”可用于治疗各种类型的偏头痛，短期和长期疗效显著，现从透穴部位的解剖学形态方面将此疗法治疗偏头痛的机理和作用进行详细探讨：

| Abstract: | Migrainoas headache, one of commonly and frequently encountered diseases, is a common type of the angioneurotie headaches. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapies are very compatible to treat MI, especially Tangyang-through-Shuaigu acupuncture therapy which has good curative effects to treat MI. This thesis mainly delves into the principles that Tangyang-through-Shuaigu acupuncture therapy treats MI from anatomical angle. |
