大黄牡丹汤联合西药对腹部术后患者胃肠功能的治疗作用研究

目的探究大黄牡丹汤联合西药对腹部术后患者胃肠功能的治疗作用。方法收集辽宁中医嘉和医院消化科治疗的患者共100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组给予抗生素、促胃肠蠕动等药物治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上,给予大黄牡丹汤加减口服,1剂/d口服。治疗时间为10 d。观察治疗前后中医证候积分、Th17、Treg、TNF-α、IL-1和临床有效率情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的临床症状积分、Th17、Treg、TNF-α和IL-1表达水平等方面较治疗前均有所改善,且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(70.00%),P<0.05。结论大黄牡丹汤联合西药治疗可有效改善腹部术后患者胃肠功能。

Therapeutic Effect of Rhubarb Peony Soup Combined with Western Medicine on Gastrointestinal Function in Patients after Abdominal Operation

OBJECTIVE To explore the therapeutic effect of Rhuabarb peony decoction combined with western medicine on gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing abdominal surgery.METHODS A total of 100 patients treated by the Department of Gastroenterology,Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine Jiahe Hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics and gastrointestinal motility.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given oral administration of decoction,with 1 dose daily.The treatment time was 10 days.Observe the TCM syndrome score,Th17,Treg,TNF-α,IL-1 and clinical effectiveness before and after treatment.RESULTS After treatment,the clinical symptom scores,Th17,Treg,TNF-α,and IL-1 expression levels of the two groups of patients were improved compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was(90.00%)higher than the control group by(70.00%),P<0.05.CONCLUSION Rhubarb peony decoction combined with western medicine could effectively improve gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing abdominal surgery.
