腹腔镜辅助胃癌 D2根治术对胃癌患者的临床疗效及近远期生存率的影响

目的:研究腹腔镜辅助胃癌D2根治术对胃癌患者的临床疗效及近远期生存率的影响。方法:选取2010年4月—2011年7月于我院接受治疗的胃癌患者102例,随机分为观察组和对照组各51例。观察组患者采用腹腔镜辅助胃癌D2根治术治疗,对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,对比两组的手术治疗效果和并发症发生情况。结果:观察组的手术时间为(204.3±21.8)min,显著长于对照组的(177.5±20.3)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间显著低于对照组;观察组的淋巴结清扫数目显著高于对照组;观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜辅助胃癌D2根治术治疗胃癌的临床疗效显著,能有效减轻患者痛苦,并降低患者术后并发症发生率,近期和远期生存率均较好。

Effect of Laparoscopy-Assisted D2 Radical Gastrectomy on Patients with Gastric Cancer and its Effect on Short and Long Term Survival Rate

Objective To study the effect of laparoscopy-assisted D2 radical operation on patients with gastric cancer and short and long term survival rate. Methods From April 2010 to July 2011, 102 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 51 cases in each group. Patients in observation group were treated by laparoscopy-assisted D2 radical operation and the patients in control group were treated with traditional open surgery. The effects of two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was (204.3±21.8) min, which was significantly longer than the control group of (177.5±20.3) min, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group; observation group of lymph node dissection number was signi.cantly higher than that in the control group; the incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was signi.cantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically signi.cant (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopy-assisted D2 radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer has a significant clinical effect, which can effectively reduce the pain of patients and the incidence of postoperative complications, with better long-term survival rate.
