PCIC模式视角下居民移动医疗APP认知和使用分析*

目的基于PCIC模式分析青岛市居民对移动医疗APP的认知情况和使用移动医疗APP情况。方法采用自行设计调查问卷对青岛市居民进行调查,利用构成比描述分析居民基本信息、移动医疗APP的认知情况及使用情况,利用卡方检验分析影响移动医疗APP认知的因素,利用卡方检验和logistic回归分析影响移动医疗APP使用意愿的因素。结果18.5%的居民了解移动医疗APP,10.8%的居民安装并一直使用移动医疗APP,36.9%的居民愿意使用移动医疗APP,智能手机使用熟练程度影响移动医疗APP使用的意愿。结论居民对移动医疗APP未来使用意愿较高。应提供个性化服务,增强移动医疗APP的综合服务能力,搭建区域健康信息共享平台,有针对性地进行宣传推广。

Analysis on the Cognition and Utilization of Mobile Medical APP among Residents under PCIC Model

OBJECTIVE To analyze the cognition and utilization of mobile medical applications(APPs)by residents in Qingdao based on PCIC model.METHODS A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the residents of Qingdao.Proportion was used to describe and analyze residents’basic information and cognition and utilization of mobile medical APP.Chi-square test was used to analyze the factors affecting residents’cognition of mobile medical APP.Chi-square test and logistic regression were used to analyze the factors affecting residents’willingness to use mobile medical APP.RESULTS 18.5%residents known about mobile medical APP.10.8%residents have installed mobile medical APP and have been using them all the time.36.9%residents are willing to use mobile medical APP.Smartphone proficiency affected residents’willingness to use mobile medical APP.CONCLUSIONS Residents have a high willingness to use mobile medical APP in the future.Providing personalized services,enhancing comprehensive service ability of mobile medical APP,establishing regional health information-shared platform and carrying out targeted promotion should be adopted.
