2011年山东省碘缺乏病病区碘缺乏知识健康教育效果评价

摘    要:[目的]评价山东省在碘缺乏病(IDD)地区对人群开展IDD健康教育干预的效果,为进一步完善IDD健康教育防治策略提供依据。[方法]2011年1~4月,在山东省100个IDD县(市、区)选择47个县(市、区),合计选择141个乡镇,对中心小学4~6年级学生及其所在行政村的居民进行IDD健康教育干预,并抽取部分5年级小学生和家庭主妇于干预前后分别进行IDD防治知识问卷调查,比较其IDD防治知识知晓率变化情况。[结果]小学生IDD防治知识知晓率,IDD健康教育干预前4255名为78.14%,干预实施后4375人为96.69%(P〈0.01);13个设区市干预后均高于干预前(P〈0.05)。家庭主妇IDD防治知识知晓率,干预前2491人为76.94%,干预后2566人为95.80%(P〈0.01);12个设区市(不包括淄博市)知晓率干预后均高于干预前(P〈0.01)。[结论]在IDD病区开展IDD健康教育可以明显提高小学生和家庭主妇的IDD防治知识水平。

Abstract:[Objective]To assess the effect of health education intervention conducted in IDD (iodine deficiency disor- ders) prevalent areas in Shandong province,so as to provide basis for further improvement of health education strategy for IDD control. [Methods]During Jan.-Apr. 2011,47 out of the 100 counties(cities, districts) with IDD prevalence in Shan- dong province were randomly selected to conduct health education interventions,totally 141 towns were involved. Students graded 4-6 from each central primary school and residents in the same administrative villages were given health education intervention. Parts of the fifth-graders and housewives were randomly selected to conduct questionnaires on IDD preven- tion and treatment knowledge, and their awareness rates before and after the health education intervention were compared. [Results]Among the 4 255 primary school students tested, the awareness rate of IDD prevention and treatment knowledge was 78.14% before the health education intervention and increased to 96.69%(P 〈0.01) after the intervention. The awareness rate in 13 cities with districts became significantly higher after the intervention ( P〈0.01). And for house- wives, the awareness rate was 76.94 % (n= 2 491) before the health education intervention and increased to 95.80 % (n= 2 566, P 〈0.01) after the intervention. Their awareness rate in 13 cities with districts also became significantly higher after the intervention( P〈0.01). [Conelusion]IDD health education conducted in IDD prevalent areas can significantly improve the IDD prevention and treatment knowledge awareness rate of primary school students and housewives.
