| 摘 要： | [目的]运用空间自相关分析研究2010年茌平县手足口病（Handfootandmouthdisease,HFMD）空间分布情况,为手足口病的防治提供科学的依据。[方法]利用2010年茌平县手足口病资料计算出手足口病发病率;利用地理信息系统ArcGIS10软件进行全局和局部空间自相关分析。[结果]2010年茌平县手足口病发病率存在空间自相关。全局空间自相关Moran＇sⅠ=0．38,Z=2．46,P=0．01〈0．05。局部空间自相关分析结果显示温陈乡、信发街道办事处、振兴街道办事处具有一定的聚集性。[结论]2010年茌平县手足口病空间分布不是随机分布,而是具有一定的聚集性。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To explore and analyze the spatial distribution of HFMD in Chiping county, 2010.[Methods]The incidence of HFMD was calculated,and the global and local spatial autocorrelation analysis was made by using the soft ware Arc GIS10. [Results]The incidence was clustered in Chiping county, 2010, with Moran＇s index as 0.71, and score as 12.08 and P value below 0.05. Local spatial autocorrelation analysis revealed several townships had cluster such as Wenchen township,Xinfa district and Zhenxing district. [Conclusion]The spatial distribution of HFMD in Chiping city is not in random but cluster distribution. |
