| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针刺对女性生殖内分泌影响的作用规律。方法:正常健康育龄女性28名,采用自身对照法,观察针刺对外周血中FSH、LH、E2、T、P等水平的影响。结果:针刺对垂体促性腺激素的分泌无明显影响(P>0.05),而对卵巢性激素的分泌具有明显的抑制性效应(P<0.01)。结论:针刺对女性生殖内分泌具有一定的调节作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the law of action of acupuncture on female reproductive endocrine system. Methods Effects of acupuncture on FSH, LH, E2, T, P levels in peripheral blood were investigated in 28 healthy women of childbearing age, and self-comparison method was used for statistical analysis. Results Acupuncture did not significantly influence on secretion of gonadotropic hormones of the pituitary gland (P>0.05), but could significantly inhibit the secretion of hormones of the ovary (P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture has a certain regulative action on female reproductive endocrine system. |
