利福平注射液和利福平胶囊在肺结核治疗中的对比研究

目的：对利福平注射液和利福平胶囊治疗肺结核的效果进行对比和探讨。方法：采用回顾性分析的方法,分析收治的肺结核患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组（利福平注射液组）和对照组（利福平胶囊组）。结果：观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组皮肤过敏、胃肠道反应、肝脏损害等不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：利福平注射液治疗肺结核临床效果明显,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

The contradistinction research of lung tuberculosis curing by rifampicin injection and rifampicin caps

Objective： To contradistinction results of lung tuberculosis curing by rifampicin iniection and rifampicin caps. Methods：To retrospective analyze the clinical data of lung tuberculosis patients in hospital,which was to be divided into detection group （rifampicin injection group） and control group （rifampicin caps group）. Results ：The clinical total effective power of detection group were higher than control group,the skin hypersensitiveness,gastrointestinal tract response , liver contaminate of adverse effect of detection group were higher than control group （ P 〈0. 05）,the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion ： The clinical results of lung tuberculosis curing by rifampicin injection were obviously,safety was high,which was to be used.
