交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折56例疗效观察

目的：探讨交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的疗效。方法：对56例闭合性股骨干骨折患者采用交锁髓内钉进行闭合复位静力交锁内固定治疗。结果：56例均随访10～26个月，骨折全部愈合。无患肢缩短〉2cm、外旋〉10°的畸形。膝关节、髋关节活动良好。无弯钉、断钉及拔钉后再骨折等并发症发生。结论：交锁髓内钉操作简单，是治疗股骨干骨折的首选方法。

The effectiveness observation of interlocking intramedullary nail on 56 eases with femoral shaft facture

Objective：To evalute the efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nail on 56 cases with femoral shaft facture. Methods：Fifty-six cases of femoral fracture were treated by interlocking intramedullary nail. Staic locking should be a routine way,and closed reduction. Results ,All 56 cases were followed up 10-26 months,fracture healed in all patients. The hip and knee joints of ingived limbs retained good function. There was no nail and screw broken or loosening. Conclusion ：Interlocking intramedullary nail is the first choice in treating femoral shaft fractures.
