| 摘 要： | 目的：了解HbsAg阴性模式时HBV在体内存在情况，评价其临床意义和PCR方法检测HBV的应用价值。方法：以HbsAg阴性的HBV-M模式者为对象，采用ELISA方法，检测血清HbsAg、抗HBs、HbeAg、抗Hbe、抗HbcIgM。用PCR方法检测HBV。结果：211例HbsAg阴性者，血液HBV阳性率为0-15.4%。结论：各种HBV-M模式时体内都可能存在HBV，此时应做检测HBV的确证试验。PCR方法可能是目前临床最实用的检测HBV的确证实验方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the results of HBV in blood as HBsAg was negative model. To appraise the clinical values on HBV by detected in these cases and the worth of HBV in blood by PCR. Methods: The objects of study were HBsAg negative models of HBV-M. The HBsAg?Anti-HBs?HBeAg?Anti-HBe?Anti-HBc and Anti-HBcIgM in serum were detected by ELISA, and the HBV was detected by PCR. Results: The positive rates of PCR-HBV in 211 objects of HBsAg negative models were from 0 to 15.4%. Conclusions: HBV may be in blood in every model of HBV-M. And it ought to do a definitive experiment to detect HBV such being the cases. PCR is the most useful method for definitive detection of HBV. |
