铜绿假单胞菌医院感染的监测

目的调查住院患者铜绿假单胞菌医院感染情况及其耐药性,为制定控制措施提供依据。方法通过资料跟踪调查和药敏试验方法,对医院2008年度住院患者中铜绿假单胞菌感染病例资料进行了监测与分析。结果 1年内共监测到铜绿假单胞菌感染患者373例,其中72例次为医院感染,例次感染率为19.3%。感染部位主要是下呼吸道,感染患者主要分布于神经外科。铜绿假单胞菌对临床常用抗菌药物高度耐药,对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药率最低。结论临床感染标本检出的铜绿假单胞菌耐药率较高,多重耐药现象突出,应加强监测力度,合理使用抗菌药物。

SURVEILLANCE ON NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION OF Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Objective To investigate the status and drug resistance of nosocomial infcetion with Pseudomonas aeruginosa inpatients and provide evidences for establishing control measures.Methods Data tracking investigation and drug susceptibility test method were used to mornitor and analysis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections in this hospital in 2008.Results 373 cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infected patients were detected in one year.Of which 72 cases had nosocomial infection,the times occurring infection rate was 19.3%.The main infected parts was the lower respiratory tract,the main infected patients were in neurosurgery.Pseudomonas aeruginosa was highly resistant to antimicrobial agents commonly used in clinic,the lowest rate was cefoperazone/sulbactam.Conclusion The drug resistant of Pseudomonas aeruginosa detected from clinical infection specimens was high,and many of them were multiple drug-resistant.The surveillance should be strengthened and antimicrobial agents should be used rationally.
