| 摘 要： | 目的研究大椎穴运用振法治疗颈椎病的机制。方法在异常应力环境下制作颈椎病动物模型，测定SOD、MDA、GSH-Px的含量。结果行大椎穴振法后，大椎组的血清和肌肉组织匀浆中SOD、GSH-Px含量较模型组显著升高，MDA含量显著降低。结论大椎穴振法治疗颈椎病的机制可能与提高组织细胞清除自由基功能有一定关系。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mechanism of cervical spodilosis treatment of trembling manipulation on Dazhui (DU14) acupoint.Methods The cervical spodilosis animal models were made to determine SOD,MDA and GSH-Px while abnormal stress.Results The contents SOD and GSH-Px of blood serum and muscle tissue step up significantly,and MDA step down obviously.Conclusion The mechanism of cervical spodilosis treatment of trembling manipulation on Dazhui acupoint is related to improving the function of rhagiocrine cell to eliminate free radicle. |
