复方甲硝唑单向缓释药膜的制备及释放研究

 目的:研究复方甲峭吐单向缓释药膜(以下简称药膜)的制法及其释放特性。方法:以保护膜和药物膜制备药膜，采用双池恒温卡口渗透槽研究药膜及药膜透过粘膜的药物释放情况。结果:完成了药膜的制备及检测，药膜有单向释放及单向透过粘膜释放药物的特性。药物透过粘膜的量随时间的延长而增加，5min及60min透过粘膜释放药物的累积百分率分别为（20.6±6.02）%及（74.04±2.43）%结论:药膜易制备，成膜质量好，检测方法可行，有良好的单向释放及单向透过粘膜释放药物的特性。

Study on preparation and release of one-way sustained-release compoun d metronidazole films

To study the preparation and release of metronidazole from one way sustained release films of compound metronidazole. METHODS: The sustained release films were produced by spreading drug on protective films.The permeated device of two pool thermostat was used to study the release of the films.RESULTS:The preparation and determination of the sustained release films were finished.It had charateristics of one way release and one way release through mucous membranes.The matronidazole accumulation was (20.86±6.02)% and (74.04±2.43)% of films release through the mucous membranes at 5min and 60min respectively.CONCLUSION:The sustained release films were easy to make.Its determination was feasible,and the films had characteristics of one way release and one way release through the mucous membranes.
