高中生的防御方式、应对方式及其与个性的相关性研究

目的：了解高中生的防御方式、应对方式及其与个性的相关性。方法：采用防御方式问卷、应付方式问卷及EPQ对518名高中生进行测试。结果：城市学生的掩饰程度较高；农村、男性学生较多采用积极的应对方式。农村女性学生表现为相对内向、情绪不稳定。防御方式、应对方式与个性存在一定的相关性；性格外向的学生多倾向于采用成熟的防御方式并积极应对外部刺激；而性格内向、情绪不稳定的学生多倾向于采用不成熟及中间型防御方式．并消极应对环境刺激。结论：应根据学生各自的性格特点有针对性地进行心理健康教育．以提高他们应对挫折的能力。

A Study on Defense Style or Coping Style and its Correlation with Personality in Senior Middle School Students

Objective:To understand defense style or coping style and it's correlation with personality in senior middle school students. Method:518 students were investigated by using Defense Style Questionnaire,Coping Style Questionnaire and EPQ. Results:Urban students were more inclined to adopt lying defense. Rural,male students were more inclined to adopt active coping style. Rural,female students more showed introversion and unstbeal personality. Students with extroversion personality inclined to adopt mature defense to cope emergency, while students with introversion and unstable personality were more inclined to adopt immature or middle defense. Conclusion: It is necessary to perform psychological health education according to their respective personality traits,so as to develop students'capacity of coping frustration.
