非小细胞肺癌组织中caspase23 mRNA的表达及患者生存分析

目的检测人非小细胞肺癌组织中caspase23基因mRNA表达水平,了解对非小细胞肺癌患者术后生存情况及其影响因素。方法运用实时定量PCR技术测定60例非小细胞肺癌患者的癌及配对癌旁组织中caspase23基因mRNA表达水平进行生存分析。结果非小细胞肺癌组织中caspase23mRNA表达水平显著高于其配对的癌旁组织,其中71.67%(43/60)患者caspase23mRNA高表达,28.33%(17/60)患者低表达。caspase23的表达水平、淋巴结转移、家族史、病理分级与患者的生存率显著相关。结论非小细胞肺癌组织中caspase23的高表达可能影响非小细胞肺癌患者术后的生存,其可作为非小细胞肺癌患者预后的一个评价指标,并可能成为基因治疗的一个作用靶点。

Expression of Caspase 23 mRNA in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Tissue and Survival Analysis

Objective To investigate the caspase23 mRNA expression level in non-small cell lung cancer and analyze the influencing factors of the survival of after operation. Methods We detected the caspase23 mRNA expression level in 60 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissue and their matched normal lung tissue by using real-time PCR assay. Results The caspase23 mRNA expression level in cancer was significantly higher than that in the matched normal tissue. The up-regulation of caspase23 mRNA was found in 43 of 60（71.67% ） of lung cancer tissue compared with the matched normal lung tissue,and the down regulation of caspase23 mRNA was found in 17 of 60 （28.33%）. The univariate survival analysis by Kaplan-Meier showed that the caspase23 mRNA expression level, metastasis, smoke, family history and tumor stage had a significant association with the survival rate. Conclusion The up-regulation of caspase23 in non-small cell lung cancer may influence its prognosis, and however,it may be identified as a novel prognostic indicator and a potential therapeutic target.
