| 摘 要： | 将居住在上海市斜土社区的369例高血压患者随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组接受群组干预管理模式，对照组接受常规的高血压三级管理模式。结果显示干预6个月后干预组在部分自我管理行为、自我效能、继康状况等方面的变化值明显好于对照组（均P〈0．05），收缩压、舒张压下降幅度大于对照组（均P〈0．05）。提示社区高血压群组干预管理模式效果好于传统的高血压三级管理模式。

| Abstract: | 369 patients with hypertension living in Xietu community were randomized into 2 groups:intervention group receiving the group-interference-management and control group receiving routine hypertension management services.We found that patients in the intervention group had better self-management behaviors,self-efficacy and health status in comparison with the control group (P＜0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the intervention group decreased more remarkably than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Our result suggested that the community-based hypertension group-interference-management model is more effective to control hypertension than the routine hypertension management services. |
